Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy governs cancellations of travel and tour services booked through FLUXOMAR SOLUTIONS.

1. General Conditions

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or officially documented communication. Cancellation becomes effective only after written acknowledgment from FLUXOMAR SOLUTIONS.

2. Flight Cancellations

• Flight cancellations are subject to airline fare rules.
• Some tickets are strictly non refundable and non changeable.
• Airline penalties and fare differences may apply.
• Refunds, where applicable, follow the Refund Policy.

3. Hotel Cancellations

• Hotel cancellations must comply with the property’s cancellation window.
• Late cancellations may result in one night or full stay charges.
• No show cases are usually charged in full.

4. Tour Package Cancellations

• Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation before departure.
• Deposits may be forfeited if cancellation occurs after confirmation.
• Services already arranged and paid for on behalf of the client are non refundable.

5. Visa Processing

Visa processing services cannot be cancelled once documentation review or submission has commenced. Embassy fees are non refundable under all circumstances.

6. Changes Instead of Cancellation

In some cases, bookings may be modified rather than cancelled. Change fees and fare differences may apply depending on service provider policies.

7. Force Majeure

Cancellations resulting from events beyond our control including government restrictions, natural disasters, airline suspensions, or political disruptions will be handled according to third party provider policies.
