• Airline penalties and administrative fees may apply.
• Refund processing timelines depend on the airline and may take several weeks.
Service charges paid to FLUXOMAR SOLUTIONS are non refundable once ticket issuance has been completed.
3. Hotel Reservations
• Refunds are subject to the cancellation terms of the hotel or accommodation provider.
• Non refundable rates cannot be refunded.
• Early departures or no show cases may attract full charges.
4. Tour Packages
• Refund eligibility depends on the specific package terms provided at booking.

5. Visa Processing Services
• Visa application fees paid to embassies or immigration authorities are non refundable.

• Visa refusal does not qualify for a refund of processing or service fees.
