These Terms of Service govern all travel bookings, tour packages, and related services provided by FLUXOMAR SOLUTIONS.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking any service with FLUXOMAR SOLUTIONS or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payments must be made in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise agreed.
• Full or partial payment may be required before ticket issuance or reservation confirmation.
• Prices are subject to change due to airline fare adjustments, exchange rate changes, or government regulations.

3. Travel Documents

Clients are responsible for:

• Ensuring passports are valid
• Obtaining required visas
• Meeting health and vaccination requirements
• Providing accurate personal information

FLUXOMAR SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for denied boarding or entry resulting from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation terms depend on airline, hotel, or tour operator policies.
• Some bookings may be non refundable.
• Refund timelines depend on third party processing.
• Service charges may be non refundable.

Full cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Changes to Itinerary

Airlines, hotels, or service providers may alter schedules or arrangements. FLUXOMAR SOLUTIONS is not liable for changes beyond its control but will assist in finding suitable alternatives where possible.

6. Limitation of Liability

FLUXOMAR SOLUTIONS acts as an intermediary between clients and travel service providers. We are not responsible for:

• Delays or cancellations by airlines
• Hotel service issues
• Loss of luggage
• Immigration decisions
• Weather disruptions
• Acts of government authorities

Our liability is limited to the value of the service fee paid directly to us.

7. Travel Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control including natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
